The problem
The U1 and U2 are free for students, and easy to catch if you know when they come. Finding out meant the operator's app, a timetable and some guessing at the stop.
I wanted the answer to one question on the Lock Screen before it was asked: when do I need to leave?
What I built

Where every bus is now, on both lines.
Your closest stop
Its next departures, found from where you stand.
When to leave
The minutes to the stop, counted into the time to go.
A Live Activity
On the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.
Widgets
The next bus on the Home Screen and the Lock Screen.
An App Clip
A code at the stop opens it, with nothing to install.
